If you are picking them up at FTC Worlds, you MUST come to our booth when a team member or parent is available and show them your order confirmation. We will not be delivering them to you at the event. If you chose the shipping option, they will be delivered to the address you put into the PayPal after Worlds is over.

If you don't show up to receive your shirt, you forfeit it. However, if you reach out right away, we might be able to arrange for shipping at an additional cost.

We offer shipping options! Please keep in mind that we are not set up for large-scale shipping, so our rates are higher to cover costs.

Possibly, but there are only a very limited number of shirts for trading. You must personally discuss this with a member of our team, either online or in-person at Worlds. If you really want an I Forgot shirt, we would recommend purchasing one, as trades aren't guaranteed.
Note: Hoodies can not be traded and must be purchased.
